Time Passes On | Winston Salem Photographer

Want to hear something funny?  The first time I photographed the little guy featured in the session below he was three months old and we were in my playroom.  I was literally stepping around dollhouses and dressup clothes to take the images. :)  We all have to start somewhere, right?  His family has continued to return for portraits  and I was thrilled to capture Mr. R’s first year and then his sister Ms. A’s first year as well.  We went from the playroom to my basement studio and now most recently to my downtown studio (along with many outdoor locations over the years.)  I can honestly say that sessions with this family are like meeting up with old friends.  We chat, we laugh, we take pictures and we are all a bit sad when it’s over and time to go home.

I find it truly an honor that this family, and other families, continue to trust me to capture their most important memories.  I love watching you grow in front of my lens and I thank you for being a part of Uppercase Photography’s growth over the years.

Pregnancy Awareness Month

Did you know that May is Pregnancy Awareness Month?  To help celebrate the beauty of pregnancy, anyone who prebooks their newborn session before the end of May will receive a mini studio  maternity session at no charge!  Your due date does NOT have to be in May, you just have to prebook and pay for your newborn session by the end of the month.  Please email me for details at julie@uppercasephotography.com.
