It seems summer is coming to an end, but I still have so much of my summer fun to share on the blog. Since my last post I have officially moved into the downtown studio and had my first two sessions in the space, two handsome newborn boys that I can’t wait to share with you soon. I also had one last trip down to Topsail Island and enjoyed tons of family fun, along with shooting several awesome beach sessions. The weather was just perfect for shooting on the beach this year! I’ll be sharing those soon as well, but first I had to give of a peek at some of my “girls of summer” from the past few weeks.
I have had the pleasure of photographing Miss S as a newborn, at three months and now again at six months. We ventured outside for this session and Miss S was such a trooper, staying up late for some beautiful evening light.
I love a great serious face…the eyes take center stage
This sweet girl is very, very well loved
I have photographed Miss L as a newborn and at six months. She returned recently for a one year session and her parents warned me that she still didn’t give many smiles for the camera. That makes these smiling pictures of Miss L even more special!
How big is Miss L? SO big!
I loved this outfit and location….perfect together.
Getting tired and all done.
We had to reschedule Miss C’s session and by the time I photographed her she was 17 months old. This can be such a challenging age (they can run away!) but Miss C was just a pure delight. It was so hot on her session day and even so she was happy and adorable. I tried very hard to resist squeezing those baby rolls but I just couldn’t help myself. Can you blame me?
And until next time…..mmmwah!
I am continuing to book fall sessions as I can. The spots are going so very quickly, so contact me if you are interested in a session during 2010. I don’t anticipate having any spots left at all within the next week or two. It will be busy, busy around the studio!
